Lychee Gimlet

Ingredients:

  • 35ml London Dry Gin
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Triple Sec
  • 50ml Lychee Liqueur
  • A dash of sugar syrup

Method:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a lychee.
