Cornish Shipwreck Cocktail

Ingredients: 

• Lime Juice (use half a lime)
• Dark Rum 50 ML
• Ginger Beer 75ML
• Cider 100ML
• Ice
• Lime Wedge (to serve)

Instructions: 

1. Combine the lime juice, ginger beer and the rum on ice.
2. Top with cider.
3. Serve with a wedge of lime.
