No Rights

“The simple act of an ordinary brave man is not to participate in lies” said former Soviet dissident Solzhenitsyn upon winning the Nobel Prize in 1970.

He had written The Gulag Archipelago, a three-volume non-fiction investigation on the notorious Soviet forced labour camp system in which millions were imprisoned, tortured and often killed – Most for no reason.

Much more quickly than we realise, the United Kingdom, and much of the Western world, is drifting towards a dystopia from which we will have to find the means to extricate ourselves if we want to remain a free people.

And to be brave enough not to live by lies will be our only way out.

The most obvious observation currently is that officialdom is forcing us to accept falsehoods.

While our world is beset with problems, most of them of our expert class’s making, they flood our airwaves with the biggest, most daring and most damaging lie of all – That is to say that a person can change his sex.

Inflation is still stubbornly high; Immigration is fully out of control; and Ukraine looks like it might succumb to the Russian foe anytime soon.

And yet, every day we are subjected to endless propaganda on “Trans rights” – a concept that was completely alien to most only half a decade ago.

They do so as if the wellbeing of humanity depended on it and all major societal problems had already been resolved.

The truth is that the issue is of marginal concern, affecting as it does only a very small fraction of 1% of the total population.

As India Willoughby, a “trans” broadcaster, admitted on BBC’s Question Time last week: “as I say there’s hardly any of us around anyway”.

No matter, our officials, elected or appointed, have seemingly convinced themselves that Transgenderism, whatever that might mean, must be forced down our people’s throats unremittingly.

So much so that some have sacrificed themselves on this new paganistic belief’s altar.

Indeed, childless Nicola Sturgeon chose the Gender Recognition Bill as the hill on which to die politically in her perpetual quest for Scottish Independence.

She could have picked fishing rights, defence, trade. But she opted for Gender, an issue with no political purchase in Scotland, or England for that matter.

The bill would have given 16 year old children the ability to choose their sex legally. These youngsters, though, would not be allowed, according to Scottish law, to buy cigarettes until they reached full adulthood.

Most amusingly, she picked a fight with deeply unpopular Rishi Sunak over the constitutionality of the Gender Recognition Bill and lost. Providing a little bit of sunshine on Sunak’s sorrowful occupancy of Downing Street in the process.

While the timing was unfortunate given the recent case of the convicted rapist (formerly Graham) Bryson being sent to an all-female jail, it is the content that is so absurd.

Pushed repeatedly to say whether or not the rapist was female, Sturgeon would not reply.

The Scottish Citizen’s Advice Bureau defines rape as “when a person uses their penis to penetrate another person without that person’s consent.”

That then should be the end of the story.

As Piers Morgan recently said, a “woman doesn’t have a penis” – ergo, only a man does.

But the insanity is so widely spread that people in supposed positions of authority believe we will follow them down their “end of the world” rabbit hole and convince the rest of us, through endless bovine repetition, that an issue that was settled at Creation is now too complex to answer.

Were Sturgeon the only emperor walking around naked, we might see the amusing side of this odd senseless discussion.

But, unfortunately, it permeates all our institutions.

In Wales, only a few months ago, High Court Judge Justice Dame Karen Margaret Steyn created precedent by going against the eternal principles of parenthood.

In her view, parents were, of course, allowed to have children, but they should have no right to influence what they are taught.

From her “let them eat cake” ivory tower, the daughter of Lord Steyn, Dame Karen Margaret Steyn found that if parents chose to send their children to a state school, parents have no say.

It is a take it or leave it approach, she said.  That we pay her bills through eye-watering levels of taxation is irrelevant to her.

Her Grace added that children must be taught whatever the government wants, transgenderism, “white privilege”, Marxist- Leninism worldviews, and whatever fashionably destructive ideologies our civil servants perpetually concoct.

Helpfully, she opined that if parents didn’t like it, they could always send their progeny to Public Schools or home school them, with the backing of expensive tutors.

In short, Judge Justice Dame Karen Steyn’s world view is that the people of the United Kingdom are the servants of people like her, without recourse to anyone unless they can pay their way out.

After all, who could afford to send their two or three children to Public School on an average wage, according to the Government of Wales, of around £30 000 per year?

There are some short-term silver linings over the horizon but only on very dark longer-term clouds.

The United Kingdom parliament pushed back against the Scottish National Party when it blocked Sturgeon’s Gender Recognition Bill recently, perhaps drawing the curtain on Sturgeon’s position as First Minister of Scotland.

For this, Sunak must be given some praise.

But, if the polls are right, Keir Starmer is heading for a large majority in the House of Commons come the next general election.

Keir Starmer has repeatedly been asked what a woman was.

He never could answer. He will only accelerate what we are standing witness to today.

In addition, his front bench is full of individuals, who have drunk from, in the words of Labour MP Rosie Duffield, this “dystopian” cup.

The Conservative Party, over the last decade, have done nothing to stop or halt the deeply divisive Diversity train.

In some cases, they backed the gender ideology gurus as did childless Penny Mordaunt MP for Portsmouth North when she stood up in Parliament to tell us that “trans men are men and trans women are women”.

Recently, former and disastrous Prime Minister, childless Theresa May said that she  was disappointed that similar changes to the Gender Recognition Bill were not being weighed up in England.

The High Court Judge Justice Dame Karen Steyn is not waiting for legislation though, she is forcing a fait-accompli.

While the politicians are falling on their swords, making asses of themselves, losing national and international credibility, trying to explain the unexplainable, Justice Dame Karen Steyn has given the nod to our politicised Civil Service to push on with a Maoist combination of a devastating Great Leap Forward and a senseless Cultural Revolution.

Barrister Paul Diamond of Halcyon Chambers said this ideology is relentless, faithless, and blind. The vast majority of us would agree.

The counter-revolution starts, as former Soviet Dissident would say, by being brave enough as a man “not to participate in lies”.

Let us start by being honest about biology, here, today.
