The Long Goodbye

Ingredients:

  • English or Scotch or Welsh or Irish whisky
  • Elderflower cordial
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • 1 barspoon Vanilla Sugar
  • Lemonade

Method:

  • Muddle limes, strawberries and sugar in a highball glass, add crushed ice, Whisky and elderflower cordial and stir.
  • Top with lemonade and garnish with a strawberry slice.
