Gin Fizz


  • 60ml gin
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon icing sugar
  • 90ml * soda water
  • Mint leaves and slice of cucumber to garnish


  • Shake gin, lemon juice and powdered sugar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Add soda water, garnish, and serve.
*can be replaced with champagne to make a Diamond Fizz
