- 60ml gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar
- 90ml * soda water
- Mint leaves and slice of cucumber to garnish
- Shake gin, lemon juice and powdered sugar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Add soda water, garnish, and serve.
*can be replaced with champagne to make a Diamond Fizz
