Traditionally drunk on Christmas Day, ‘Gunfire‘ is not for the faint-hearted. Made of black tea and laced with rum, the cocktail traces its origins to the late 19th century when served to lower-ranking members of the British Army to offer ‘Dutch courage’ before a morning attack.
