Ingredients:

• 70ml gin
• 20ml Sake
• umeboshi (japanese pickled plum) for garnish

Method: 

• Place all ingredients into a mixing glass.
• Add ice and stir for 4-50 seconds.
• Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
