Ingredients: Honey Cream Blackberries Honey Lemon Juice Scotch Whisky Instructions: Muddle some blackberries, fresh squeezed lemon and honey in the bottom of a shaker tin, and let the honey dissolve a bit in the blackberry and lemon juices. Ingredients: 55ml Whisky 15ml Port 1 bar spoon maple syrup 3 dashes Angostura bitters Orange peel Method: Place orange peel, syrup, and bitters into a glass.
