Ingredients:
100ml Gin
4tsp chestnut syrup
400ml tangerine or mandarin juice
Soda water to top up
2 chestnuts in syrup to garnish
Method:
Put the gin, chestnut syrup and juice in a highball glass or similar and mix.
Half-fill with ice, then top up with soda water. Garnish with chestnuts on cocktail sticks or orange rind.
