Ingredients:

• 45ml Spiced Rum
• 15ml Amaretto
• 120ml Mandarin Juice
• 15ml Lime Juice
• Orange Wedge
• 2 Tsp Raw Cane Sugar
• Ice
• Mint

Method:

• Place lime and mint in base of glass and pour over sugar. Muddle.
• Pour rum and amaretto and add ice.
• Squeeze lime juice and top with mandarin juice.
• Garnish with mint leaves and orange wedge.
