Ingredients: 45ml Vodka 180ml Orange Ginger Beer 30ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice 12″ Fresh Slice of Orange Peel Ice Method: Pour vodka over ice with orange peels and orange juice into a cocktail shaker. Ingredients per cocktail: 1 tablespoon rhubarb jam 50ml Tarquin’s Cornish Pastis 25ml grenadine Optional lemon juice Ice to serve Method: Combine the jam, gin and grenadine in a cocktail shaker.
