Cornish Louche

Ingredients per cocktail:

  • 1 tablespoon rhubarb jam
  • 50ml Tarquin’s Cornish Pastis
  • 25ml grenadine
  • Optional lemon juice
  • Ice to serve

 

Method:

  • Combine the jam, gin and grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain and pour over ice.
  • If you’ve used a very sweet jam, add a squeeze of lemon to taste. Garnish with mint and serve.
