Ingredients per cocktail:
- 1 tablespoon rhubarb jam
- 50ml Tarquin’s Cornish Pastis
- 25ml grenadine
- Optional lemon juice
- Ice to serve
Method:
- Combine the jam, gin and grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain and pour over ice.
- If you’ve used a very sweet jam, add a squeeze of lemon to taste. Garnish with mint and serve.
