Cornish Louche

Ingredients per cocktail: 1 tablespoon rhubarb jam 50ml Tarquin’s Cornish Pastis 25ml grenadine Optional lemon juice Ice to serve   Method: Combine the jam, gin and grenadine in a cocktail shaker.
