Ingredients
- 300ml milk
- 110g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Put the flour in a bowl
- Mix in the eggs and half the milk, then add the remaining milk and beat until smooth
- Put the batter mixture in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 220’C/Gas mark 7
- Place a large drop of oil (about 1/2 a teaspoon) into each section of a bun tin and place the tray in the oven until the oil is very hot
- Beat the batter again and pour the batter into the tins and bake for 10-15 minutes until puffed up and golden brown
- Serve the Yorkshire puddings immediately
