- 45ml bourbon
- 45ml chilled Earl Grey Tea
- 15ml shot simple syrup
- 1 blackberry
- 15ml Spiced Pear Liqueur
- Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of rosemary
- Muddle blackberry with simple syrup.
- Add bourbon, Earl Grey tea, Pear Liqueur if using and ice. Stir until very cold.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
