New Zealand Sauvignon Punch

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz New Zealand sauvignon blanc wine
  • 1⁄2 oz Aperol
  • 1⁄2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1⁄2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  • Add all the ingredients except the soda to a shaker and fill with ice.
  • Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with soda.
