Ingredients:
- 3 oz New Zealand sauvignon blanc wine
- 1⁄2 oz Aperol
- 1⁄2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- 1⁄2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients except the soda to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda.
