- 50ml Gin
- 10ml Bottle green elderflower cordial
- 15ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
- 75ml Ginger Ale (chilled & freshly opened)
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 Fresh thin ginger slice
- 1 Large mint sprig
- Squeeze two lime wedges into a balloon glass then add the cordial, Gin and Martini Rosso Vermouth, swirl to mix.
- Fully fill the glass with cubed ice and stir to chill.
- Top with Ginger Ale and gently stir again to combine.
- Garnish with a snapped ginger slice and an awoken mint sprig.
