The Laverstoke Cocktail


  • 50ml Gin
  • 10ml Bottle green elderflower cordial
  • 15ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
  • 75ml Ginger Ale (chilled & freshly opened)
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 Fresh thin ginger slice
  • 1 Large mint sprig


  • Squeeze two lime wedges into a balloon glass then add the cordial, Gin and Martini Rosso Vermouth, swirl to mix.
  • Fully fill the glass with cubed ice and stir to chill.
  • Top with Ginger Ale and gently stir again to combine.
  • Garnish with a snapped ginger slice and an awoken mint sprig.
