Ingredients:

• 30ml Dry gin
• 30ml Applejack
• 30ml Apricot Liqueur
• Cherry to garnish

Method:

• Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
• Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a cherry.
