Ingredients:
- 60ml whisky
- 22.5ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Slice of lemon and fresh mint leaves to garnish
Method:
- Fill cocktail shaker half way with ice
- Add whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake vigorously
- Strain into an ice filled glass
- Garnish with slice of lemon and mint leaves
