Whisky Smash


  • 60ml whisky
  • 22.5ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Slice of lemon and fresh mint leaves to garnish


  • Fill cocktail shaker half way with ice
  • Add whisky, lemon juice and sugar syrup and shake vigorously
  • Strain into an ice filled glass
  • Garnish with slice of lemon and mint leaves
