Strawberry Daiquiri


  • 60ml light rum
  • 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3- 5 fresh strawberries (reserve one for garnish)


  • Muddle the strawberries in a cocktail shaker until crushed and most of the juice has been released.
  • Pour in the light rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for approx. 25 seconds.
  • Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a strawberry.
