Apple Berry Sangria


  • 750ml bottle red wine such as Malbec or Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 60ml brandy
  • 120ml tart cherry juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 large apple chopped or sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups cherries pitted and halved


  • Add all ingredients for the sangria to a large pitcher and stir well.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours (or overnight) the longer the sangria sits, the more flavourful it will become.
  • Serve sangria over ice, making sure each glass receives some fruit.
