- 45ml creme de cacao
- 15ml vodka
- 5ml chocolate syrup
- 5ml cherry brandy
- Combine the crème de cacao and vodka in a shaker with ice.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Layer the top with chocolate syrup and cherry brandy.
NB To decorate the glasses, moisten the rim of your glasses with cold water. Turn the glasses upside down and dip them into the grated chocolate or cocoa powder twisting them around so you get more chocolate on the rim.
