VICAR
We come before You in a moment of stillness, seeking refuge from the world’s incessant noise. Lord, You who spoke not in the wind or the earthquake, but in the still, small voice, we ask for the grace to find You in the quiet.
Bless the silent dawns, the hushed evenings, and the peace of a sleeping house. In the spaces between our words, let us feel Your presence. Grant us the wisdom to lay down our burdens, if only for a time, and to simply be—to watch the clouds, to listen to the rain, to breathe deeply and remember that we are Yours.
For those whose minds are crowded with worry and whose hearts are heavy with care, grant the gift of peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind us that our worth is not measured in productivity, but in Your everlasting love. Teach us the sacred art of rest.
Lord, in the quiet moments, may we hear Your whisper. May we find renewal for our souls and strength for the days ahead. Amen.
May we cultivate silence, that we may hear the music of Your grace.
God Bless You all, Dear Readers of Country Squire Magazine. Have a wonderful week ahead.
