The recent exposé of armchair saboteur, troll, bully and Chris Packham supporter, Chris ‘Serenwyl’ Roberts (explanatory articles can be found here, here and here) prompted a flurry of new data from his victims.

The new data confirmed a few things and taught us some new things about amateurish Chris Roberts:

While all the data, new and old, has been passed to the Police and the Official Receiver, I thought it appropriate to update you, Dear Readers of Country Squire Magazine, as to a new development you really ought to hear about – a crime, or series of crimes, which are perhaps even more serious than Roberts’ frauds, fakery and harassment we have already exposed. More serious than the convictions which he already possesses.

Thank You All. Keep the info piling in. It is our duty to shine the light of Truth on this evil fantasist. This ‘man’ who pretended to be a witch, who claimed he worked a decade as a spy in Moscow and once owned a racehorse, is no mere buffoon. He’s an evil git. It’s Justice time.

You see, for over a decade, Chris Roberts pretended to be a female witch called Serenwyl Roberts / Serenwyl Rhosier. As Serenwyl, Roberts harassed opponents, vulnerables and even police officers, he used language as filthy as can be and allegedly drove some of his victims to suicide. And occasionally Chris lost track of when he was supposed to be Chris and when he was supposed to be this imaginary termagant, Serenwyl:

As we already know, Roberts set up a company with fake ‘Serenwyl’ as Director:

You’d think he’d be bright enough to disassociate from a company with his faked signature on it, right?

Nope.

Another time that Roberts lost track of when he was supposed to be Chris was when he made a complaint against two individuals in a court of law, but not as Chris, as BOTH Chris AND Serenwyl:

Now, the ramifications for signing off land registry documents, Companies House documents and other documents of record in the name of a fake person, Serenwyl, are bad enough, but then imagine pretending to be someone else and using that false ID to be a Claimant in a court of law, with the multiple, potentially perjurous statements of truth that involves, especially when your goal is to vindictively prosecute two individuals YOU have harassed who happen to have merely retaliated against YOUR daily stalking and abuse…

That is a whole other ballgame of fraudulent behaviour. (The court was Newport Magistrates Court, Case Number 611600013301, just FYI).

Perverting the course of justice?

And then imagine orchestrating events on the day of the court hearing to the point where you manipulate a lady to physically appear in court as the Serenwyl you have been pretending to be, keeping in touch with her every move by mobile phone whilst standing outside the court, well away from any suspecting police or court officials:

Now that’s a crime called conspiracy.

Who was the lucky lady one wonders? Did her ‘lovely day out’ get recompensed with one of vegan-promoting Chris Roberts’ infamous bacon and egg fry-ups in a nearby greasy spoon? (We have passed our suspicions onto the police as to the identity of this lady but do get in touch so we can hear your side of the story). Fortunately, a bright Gwent Police Constable videoed ‘Serenwyl’ outside court that day, much to the annoyance of Chris Roberts:

Eventually the case collapses that day because ‘Serenwyl’ – rather, the poor soul dragged in to play her part by Roberts in court – wakes up and pulls out at the last minute. A lucky escape for Roberts (and the poor, manipulated lady), no?

Alas, Chris Roberts has a habit of playing with fire.

When one of the 2 targets of the court action, a lady who he knows suffers from bipolar disorder, then went on to harass Roberts – at the time she alleged Roberts harassed her over many weeks, in part by concocting the case in court against her – the police arrested her, and she was jailed for three weeks.

Let me repeat that. The police – in light of all the evidence – jailed the lady for 3 weeks.  

“In light of all the evidence” would have included the testimony by a certain Serenwyl Rhosier against her. Would she have been jailed without Serenwyl’s detailed evidence log, sworn as Truth in a document presented to a court?

But Serenwyl Roberts does not exist, she never did exist. How could the word of a phantom ever be taken seriously?

You now see the gist of these new lines of inquiry against Chris Roberts?

Did Roberts seriously think he could fool the Court system of England and Wales into accepting sworn evidence from someone he created?

A fascinating case for a police investigator. They might want to look at Roberts’ reaction when the lady is let out of jail on appeal and what form the complaint by Roberts against that appeal took.

It is one thing hiding away your monies to con the Official Receiver or to claim benefits using fake IDs. But to conjure up and then weaponise an imaginary person in a real court of law in an attempt to get prosecuted a vulnerable lady WHO THEN EVENTUALLY GETS JAILED…

One wonders what else will come out in the wash?

Grim.

Truly grim.

The reaction so far from Chris Roberts has been to double down on his comments about a Chief Constable who took his own life:

Charming.

And to issue a death threat against the boss of the Countryside Alliance.

Watch out, people.

Although Roberts wants those who stand against him to load for ‘bear’…..

You’re better off letting the authorities do their work.

Seriously.

Please stay away from Roberts.

Not that I have finished exposing Roberts or his cabal of trolls just yet …
